Hello!
I'm Susan.
My name is Dr Susan and I have written a children’s book that will unlock the curiosity of young readers to take their own scientific adventure to protect themselves from malaria.
I am a doctor and surgeon who has lived and worked in Australia, England, Cambodia, Bougainville, and central Africa
I have slept under mosquito nets, been bitten many times, and looked at thousands of them squirming under a microscope.
Understanding how to protect yourself against mosquitoes is critically important in malaria-infested communities, but it can also be fun and engaging.

In addition, it is important to protect against TB and working with the community to prevent spread and treat disease.
Join me on a journey to empower the children to take their own practical steps to combat the ‘Malaria Menace,' and the spread of TB.
Dr Susan Neuhaus has written a wonderful book that engages and empowers children to take practical health promoting steps that can reduce the impact of malaria - a significant public health illness impacting individuals, families and communities.
